二、申請人的資格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)滿(mǎn)足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:?(1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: The first and second objectives of this project are not specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and small and micro enterprise products will enjoy a 10% price discount during evaluation. (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:?(3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (4) Having a Certificate of Qualification for Inspection and Testing Institutions (CMA) recognized by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau at or above the provincial level (including the provincial level), and providing the required parameter schedule for the project, it should include electromagnetic testing capability (applicable only to Package 1) and ionization testing capability (applicable only to Package 2); (5) This project does not allow subcontracting. ? ? ? ?
