Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:?This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to comprehensively enhance the social and urban appearance and environmental prevention and control capabilities in the Expo area of Shanggang Xincun Sub-district. The main contents include assisting in the management of key areas within the Expo zone of Shanggang Xincun Sub-district, assisting in the management of construction sites, providing service guarantees for large-scale events, daily management and placement of shared bikes, governance of disorderly street vending, various special rectification campaigns, night duty and standby patrols, assisting in the management of residential communities, assisting in the daily management of the urban appearance and environment of public places, and other tasks assigned by higher authorities. 3、本項目不允許轉包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:?1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (******) and China government procurement network (******); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project. 4. Possess a valid "Security Service License" issued by the provincial or municipal public security department. ? ? ? ?
