一、項(xiàng)目概況 Project Overview

上馬相迪A水電站位于甘達(dá)吉地區(qū)拉姆郡縣馬相迪新村，壩址位于納雅迪支流和馬相迪河交匯點(diǎn)下游70m處，距Besishahar鎮(zhèn)13km，距首都加德滿都約180km。壩區(qū)配電樓靠前部建于回填土之上，構(gòu)造柱基礎(chǔ)埋深1.2m，每年枯水期配電樓均會出現(xiàn)前沉后抬不均勻沉降。對此，我公司計(jì)劃采用固結(jié)灌漿對配電樓基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行加固。

The Upper Marsyangdi A Hydropower Station is located in Marsyangdi Village, Lamjung District, Gandaki Region. The dam site is located 70 meters downstream from the confluence of the Nayadi tributary and the Marsyangdi River, 13 kilometers away from Besishahar town and about 180 kilometers from the Kathmandu. The front part of the power distribution building in the dam area is constructed on the backfill soil with the foundation of the structural column is buried 1.2 meters deep. In every dry season, the distribution building experiences uneven settlement, with the front sinking and the back lifting. In response to this, our company plans to reinforce the foundation of the distribution building using consolidation grouting.

一、詢價(jià)項(xiàng)目及主要工作內(nèi)容 Inquiry items and main work contents

壩區(qū)配電樓基礎(chǔ)加固施工總承包，主要工作內(nèi)容和技術(shù)要求如下：

The General contracting for the foundation reinforcement construction of the distribution building in the dam area. The main job contents and technical requirements are as follows:

1、按照圖示位置在距離構(gòu)造柱或外墻邊緣20cm鉆Φ50垂直灌漿孔，? 形孔深3.2m，分2段施工：第1段1.2m（填充水泥砂漿后埋設(shè)Φ42孔口鋼管，外露10cm），第2段2.0m（孔口封閉、孔內(nèi)循環(huán)固結(jié)灌漿）；? 形孔深4.0～6.0m，分3段施工：第1段1.2m（同上埋設(shè)Φ42孔口鋼管），孔口段以下均分為2段（同上固結(jié)灌漿）；

According to the position shown in the diagram, drill vertical grouting holes with a diameter of Φ50 at a distance of 20cm from the edge of the structural column or exterior wall. The depth of the holes??? is 3.2m, and the construction is carried out in two sections: 1st Section is 1.2m (after filling with cement mortar, a Φ42 hole steel pipe is buried, with 10cm exposed). 2nd Section is 2.0m (the borehole is sealed and the internal circulation consolidation grouting is carried out). Additionally??? drill with depth of 4.0 to 6.0 meters, and it is constructed in three sections: 1st Section is 1.2 meters (with a Φ42 steel pipe embedded as above), and the sections below the borehole opening are?? divided into two sections (with consolidation grouting as above).

2、每段鉆孔結(jié)束后采用壓縮空氣清孔，清孔后應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行后續(xù)灌漿工序。

After each section of drilling is completed, the borehole should be cleaned with compressed air and subsequent grouting process should be carried out immediately after borehole cleaning

3、固結(jié)灌漿采用孔口灌漿法，水灰比采用：2:1、1:1、0.8:1、0.6:1，當(dāng)某一比級的漿液注入量已達(dá)300L以上或灌注時(shí)間達(dá)30min，而灌漿壓力和注入率均無改變或改變不顯著時(shí)，應(yīng)改濃一級漿液。當(dāng)注入率大于30L/min時(shí)，可根據(jù)具體情況越級變漿。單耗超過250kg/m改灌水泥砂漿0.8：1：1（水：水泥：沙），單耗每超過150kg/m進(jìn)行1次待凝，待凝24h后掃孔復(fù)灌，當(dāng)達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)灌漿壓力0.3Mpa，注入率小于2L/min持續(xù)15min灌漿結(jié)束。

Consolidation grouting is carried out using the orifice grouting method, with water-cement ratios of 2:1, 1:1, 0.8:1, and 0.6:1. When the injection volume of a certain grout ratio reached 300 liters or more, or the grouting time has reached 30 minutes, but the grouting pressure and injection rate remain unchanged or show only minor changes, the grout should be increased to a higher concentration. When the injection rate exceeds 30L/min, the grout can be increase step by step according to the specific situation. When the single consumption exceeds 250kg/m 3, a cement mortar at a ratio of 0.8:1:1 (water: cement: sand) should be used. For every 150kg/m 3 increase in grout consumption, a setting period should be initiated. After 24 hours of waiting for setting, the hole should be cleaned and re-grouted. When the designed grouting pressure reaches 0.3Mpa and the injection rate is less than 2L/min, for 15 minutes to complete the grouting.

4、灌漿結(jié)束后進(jìn)行水泥砂漿封孔，并割除口管外露部分。

After the grouting is completed, seal the holes with cement mortar and cut off the exposed parts of the orifice pipe.

二、主要工程量和報(bào)價(jià) Main quantities and quotations

（1）請投標(biāo)人按照詢價(jià)函中給定的工程量清單進(jìn)行報(bào)價(jià)。

Company are requested to submit their quotations in accordance with the bill of quantities provided in the Request for Quotation.

工程量清單中沒有填入單價(jià)或價(jià)格的項(xiàng)目，其費(fèi)用視為已分?jǐn)傇诠こ塘壳鍐沃衅渌嚓P(guān)項(xiàng)目的單價(jià)或合價(jià)中。報(bào)價(jià)表中的工程量為預(yù)估工程量，投標(biāo)人根據(jù)實(shí)際情況對工程量清單進(jìn)行調(diào)整并承擔(dān)可能存在變化的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

For items in which there are no unit prices or prices are specified in the bill of quantities, their costs are regarded as having been allocated to the unit prices or combined prices of other relevant items in the bill of quantities. The quantities in the quotation sheet are estimated. Company shall adjust the bill of quantities based on the actual circumstances and bear the risk of possible changes.

（2）投標(biāo)人報(bào)價(jià)文件中需附必要的報(bào)價(jià)說明，包括主要施工措施、安全環(huán)保措施、資源配置計(jì)劃、工期計(jì)劃等。

The company's must include necessary pricing information in their quotation document, including main construction measures, safety and environmental protection measures, resource allocation plans, construction schedule plans, etc.

（3）投標(biāo)人報(bào)價(jià)中應(yīng)充分考慮本工程范圍內(nèi)的所有稅、費(fèi)，1.5%TDS由發(fā)包人代扣代繳。

The Company should fully consider all taxes and fees within the scope of this project in their quotations with 1.5% TDS to be withheld and paid by the employer.

（4）報(bào)價(jià)貨幣為尼泊爾盧比。

The quoted currency is the Nepalese rupee.

（5）報(bào)價(jià)文件應(yīng)包括投標(biāo)人的營業(yè)執(zhí)照、上年度的納稅證明以及類似工程施工業(yè)績。

The quotation documents should include the Company business license, tax payment certificate of the previous year, and similar to project construction performance.

三、承包方式和結(jié)算方式 Contracting method and settlement method

本項(xiàng)目采用固定總價(jià)合同承包方式，按照合同比例分兩期辦理進(jìn)度結(jié)算：第一期在進(jìn)場驗(yàn)收合格、具備開工條件后辦理30%結(jié)算，第二期在完工驗(yàn)收合格后辦理剩余70%結(jié)算。

This project adopts a fixed-price contract method. The progress settlement will be handled in two phases according to the contract proportion: the first phase will be settled after the site inspection is qualified and the conditions for commencement of construction are met, with 30% settlement to be handled in the first phase: the second phase will be settled after the inspection is completion acceptance, with the remaining 70% settlement to be handled in the second phase.

4．詢價(jià)安排 Inquiry arrangement

我公司接受詢價(jià)報(bào)價(jià)的截止時(shí)間為：2026年1月16日18時(shí)，投標(biāo)人必須在此時(shí)間前將報(bào)價(jià)文件（簽字蓋章版）電子版掃描件通過郵件發(fā)給詢價(jià)聯(lián)系人。

The deadline for our company to accept inquiry and quotation is 18:00 on January 16, 2026. Company must send the scanned Copy of the electronic version of their quotation documents (signed and stamped version with seal) to the inquiry and quotation contact person via email before this time.

5.補(bǔ)充說明 Additional information

（1）本項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃開工日期2026年1月21日，總工期35天，請投標(biāo)人合理安排工期計(jì)劃。

The planned commencement date for this project is January 21, 2026, with a total construction period of 35 days. Bidders are requested to arrange their construction schedule accordingly.

（2）投標(biāo)人根據(jù)需要派遣相關(guān)人員現(xiàn)場查勘，相關(guān)費(fèi)用由投標(biāo)人自行承擔(dān)。

?The bidders may dispatch relevant personnel to conduct on-site inspections as needed, and the related expenses shall be borne by the bidders themselves

（3）施工用電可從招標(biāo)人指定的壩區(qū)接線點(diǎn)進(jìn)行接引，不收取電費(fèi)。招標(biāo)人可提供壩區(qū)用電負(fù)荷不超過50kW，超過部分由承包商自行負(fù)責(zé)，用電方案需招標(biāo)人批復(fù)同意。

Construction electricity can be connected from the designated connection points in the dam area by the tenderer, and no electricity fee will be charge. The tenderer can provide electricity load no more than 50kW in the dam area. Any excess electricity will be the responsibility of the contractor. The electricity plan must be approved by the tenderer.

（4）施工用水、施工用風(fēng)由承包人自行解決。

The water and air for construction should be provided by the contractor on its own.

（5）本項(xiàng)目所需施工材料由投標(biāo)人自行采購，并負(fù)責(zé)所有設(shè)備和材料的采購、驗(yàn)收、運(yùn)輸和儲存。灌漿用沙需為經(jīng)過篩分后的細(xì)沙。

The construction of all materials required for this project should be responsible by the bidder themselves, and the bidder shall be responsible for the procurement, acceptance, transportation and storage of all equipment and materials. The sand used for grouting should be fine sand that has been screened.

（6）投標(biāo)人需自行負(fù)責(zé)人員的膳食、住宿、營地和辦公設(shè)施。

The bidders own self shall be responsible and manage for the meals, accommodation, campsites and office facilities.

（7）投標(biāo)人應(yīng)充分考慮施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和現(xiàn)場施工對壩區(qū)工作環(huán)境的影響，并在報(bào)價(jià)中充分考慮相關(guān)措施費(fèi)用，包括配備現(xiàn)場安全管理人員、采取必要的降噪和防塵措施、辦理人身意外傷害險(xiǎn)保險(xiǎn)等。相關(guān)費(fèi)用由投標(biāo)人根據(jù)詢價(jià)文件相關(guān)條款自行測算，并攤?cè)胗嘘P(guān)項(xiàng)目內(nèi)，發(fā)包人不另行支付。

Bidders should fully consider the construction safety risks and the impact of on-site construction on the working environment of the dam area, and fully include the costs of relevant measures in their quotation, including the allocation on-site safety management personnel, the implementation of necessary noise reduction and dust prevention measures, and purchasing personal accident insurance, etc. The relevant expenses shall be calculated by the bidders themselves in accordance with the relevant terms of the inquiry document and included to the relevant projects budget. The Employer will not make separate payment.

投標(biāo)人對詢價(jià)內(nèi)容如有疑問，應(yīng)在2026年1月12日前以書面形式要求招標(biāo)人予以澄清。

If bidders have any questions regarding the inquiry content, they should submit a written request for clarification to the tendering before January 12, 2026.
