簡(jiǎn)要規則描述：本項目主要內容為提供張江科學(xué)城優(yōu)化環(huán)評分類(lèi)管理研究的技術(shù)咨詢(xún)服務(wù)，工作內容包含：1）優(yōu)化環(huán)評分類(lèi)管理；2）開(kāi)展區域空間生態(tài)環(huán)境評價(jià)，細化環(huán)境準入清單；3）探索優(yōu)化企業(yè)污染物排放量核算和管理銜接等。本項目允許聯(lián)合體響應，本項目允許最多4家供應商組成聯(lián)合體。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購需求書(shū)） ? ? ? ? ? ?
Brief Specification Description:?The main content of this project is to provide technical consulting services for the study of optimizing the classified management of environmental impact assessment in Zhangjiang Science City. The work contents include: 1) optimizing the classified management of environmental impact assessment; 2) Carry out regional spatial ecological environment assessment and refine the environmental access list; 3) Explore and optimize the convergence of enterprise pollutant emission accounting and management.
