Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:?This project aims to select a qualified supplier through an open bidding process to provide comprehensive performance assessment and renewal survey technical services for the Pudong New Area Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources in Shanghai. The comprehensive performance assessment and renewal survey technical services will be conducted based on the issued industrial land baseline, with individual plots as assessment units. The work will include baseline optimization, comprehensive data supplementation and integration, and thorough assessment. On this basis, technical support services will be provided for identifying underperforming land and developing disposal plans. The current round of comprehensive performance assessment and survey for industrial land in Pudong New Area covers approximately 126 square kilometers of land (for details, please refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements Document) ? ? ? ? ? ?
